Aubrey & Tyler 6.30.18
This custom gown was extra special. The bride wanted to use a piece of her mom's wedding dress from 1990. The dress was heirloomed and in great condition after 28 years. I cut out panels from the back of her wedding dress to make the lace overlay for Aubrey's gown. The bodice was made out of matching ivory stretch crepe with a V-plunge neckline. It has a beautiful open back with lace bridal buttons and loops running along lower center back.
The skirt is a full circle skirt with layers of soft tulle and a long, round train. A wrist-loop can be found underneath the layers to be used when she's walking around for photos. It also bustles in the back with a matching hidden button for dancing the night away.
